Garment Valet is both a full service laundry and a dry cleaning valet for time-pressed Bostonians.

Our promise is to liberate you from the inconvenience and wasted time that laundry and dry cleaning entail. We offer quality cleaning and quick turnaround of your garments at a reasonable price. Your clothes are our business; your satisfaction is our promise.

Door-to-Door Service is available!

We already have access to your building so just choose what type of service you want!!
But we DON'T already have access to your building so we would need a copy of your building key / buzzer code to do unattended service...

  • Unattended Service FREE

    Just leave your bags of clothes at one of the following locations and our driver will pick it up at some point during the day. It will be delivered to the same location.

  • Attended Service $10/order

    You can meet our driver in person at a specific time. It is free to do this on your first order or if you need to give us keys, but there is a $10 charge per order after that.

Locker Service is available!

We have our awesome LaundroLockers installed in your building so using our service is super easy!!
  1. Sign up for an account and print out your bag tags (you'll receive instructions for this!)
  2. Find any empty, unlocked locker and put your bags in it.
  3. Lock the locker with your personal, made-up 4-digit pin number.
  4. Go online and request a pickup for that day.
  5. We'll pickup your clothes and bring them back the next day. You'll receive a text message or email letting you know what locker(s) they are in.

    Concierge Service is available!

    Using Garment Valet is easier than ever! Just follow the steps below:
    1. Sign up for an account and print out your bag tags (you'll receive instructions for this!)
    2. Leave your bag(s) with the concierge.
    3. We'll pickup your clothes and bring them back the next day.

      Locker Pin

      Your locker pin is a four-digit number that you use to lock and unlock the Laundrolockers found in your building. You can pick any number you like. When your clean garments are returned, our driver will place your garments in an available locker and use your pin to lock it. You will be notified which locker(s) your garments are located in - they are not necessarily the same lockers(s) that you dropped off in!
